This is a family event. Alcohol is strictly* prohibited.
All fields are required with the exception of the Competitions. If you do not select a different Trail type, you will automatically be assigned a Recreational trail.

consideration of being permitted to participate in any event sponsored,
promoted, or directed by KansasKrawlers, for myself, my passengers, personal
representatives, heirs and next of kin HEREBY RELEASE KansasKrawlers
and its officers, directors, promoters, sponsors, employees, and agents
(“releasees”) of all liability, whether caused by the negligent act or
omission of releasees or otherwise while the I am, for any purpose participating
in the above-mentioned event. It is fully understood that there is some
inherent risk associated with this event, including damage to vehicles.
IN ADDITION, I AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the releasees from
any loss, liability, damage, or cost they incur due to my participation,
and any passengers (including minors), whether caused by releasees’ negligence
or otherwise, and AGREE TO ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK for any
bodily injury, death, or property damage from releasees’ negligence or
otherwise while the I am participating at this event. In accepting this
release, I and my passengers, personal representatives, heirs and next
of kin, hereby acknowledge and represents the following:
1. That I have read the foregoing Release and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement; and understand that I am assuming liability and indemnifying as to any minor’s damage. 2. That my passengers and I shall at all times, while riding in a vehicle participating in this event, wear seat and shoulder belts in vehicles so equipped. 3. That I certify that I have inspected my vehicle and same is in good mechanical condition. 4. That I have informed myself about the event and trail conditions involved in the event, either by prior participation or by investigation into the event and trail. 5. I agree to the following: • All occupants of vehicle will be registered • Valid proof of insurance and current vehicle registration will be shown to Kansas Krawl 7 officials upon registering on site • No occupants of vehicle will consume alcohol while on the trails. Doing so means immediate expulsion • No firearms, fireworks, or sirens on/in vehicle • There will be at least one person 18 years or older who will be responsible for occupants of vehicle • Vehicle is equipped according to specifications on the registration page • Kansas Krawlers cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur to the vehicle while attending the Kansas Krawl 7 • Violation of these rules will result in the termination of all participants’ participation in the Kansas Krawl 7 and the forfeiture of all registration fees • My passengers and I agree to abide by the rules, guidance, and instruction of the Kansas Krawl 7 and its officiating committee
